If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us of the transfer at least 7 days before the event by contacting [email protected] with the name and contact information of the person who will attend in your place.
In the event that GeoResource Bulgaria cancels an event, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. However, we are not responsible for any other expenses incurred (such as travel or accommodation arrangements).
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for research reports, data sets, and other downloadable content are granted under the following conditions:

All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. If currency exchange rates have fluctuated between the time of purchase and the refund, the refund amount will be based on the original transaction value in your local currency.
